Led by experienced coach and former varsity setter Naomi Cheung, this clinic will break down the mechanics of a great set through purposeful repetition and expert feedback.

Hand Position & Shape: Develop clean, consistent contact and build a reliable setting window.
Footwork: Learn to move efficiently to the ball, square up to your target, and set from a balanced stance.
Technical Fundamentals: Build location accuracy, tempo, and rhythm through targeted drills.
Strength & Power: Develop setting distance and power naturally through sound technical training, step by step.
